人们都说上海人很会打“小算盘”,从上汽联手依维柯收购红岩的事件中,我们的确可以看出上海人和上海企业的精明之处。早在去年年底记者采访上汽集团副总裁肖国普时,就曾听他透露,上汽十一五末期要实现重卡产销5万辆的目标。然而,由于上汽汇众产能只有1万辆,因此可以判断这5万辆目标不可能仅凭汇众来实现,而当时正是上汽、依维柯与重庆重汽、重庆红岩谈判合资的关键时期。时至今日重组各方与重组模式已基本敲定,不禁使记者对上汽集团善于把握时机的巧妙谋划倍感钦佩。
