作者认为，社会生产力的发展，现代商品经济的发展，以及与此相联系的信用制度的确立，是现代企业制度产生和发展的根本原因。我国现在推行的现代企业制度．是在扩大企业自主主权和企业承包经营责任制基础上的一个历史性的进步，是一个飞跃。把计划经济下的国有企业改革为适应市场经济发展的现代企业，将发生四个变化：一是企业拥有法人财产所有权，二是企业产权明晰，三是企业拥有法人自主权，重要的是要行国际惯例的＂不准原则＂，四是现代企业客观上要求加强政府对经济的宏观调控。
The author believes that the development of social productivity, the development of modern commodity economy, and the establishment of a credit system associated with it are the root causes of the emergence and development of modern enterprise systems. The modern enterprise system that our country is implementing now. It is a historic leap forward on the basis of expanding corporate autonomy and sovereignty and corporate contract responsibility system. It is a leap forward. Reforming state-owned enterprises under planned economy into modern enterprises that adapt to the development of the market economy will undergo four changes: First, the company has ownership of legal person property; Second, the property rights of the company are clear; Third, the company has legal autonomy, and the important thing is to do it. The “unprincipled principle” of international practice is that modern enterprises objectively require strengthening of the government’s macroeconomic control over the economy.
