近年已发现除神经内分泌细胞肿瘤外,其它肿瘤也能分泌神经肽和经典的神经递质,某些结肠癌的癌细胞已被检出-羟色胺(5-HT).而且有人证明,5-HT能刺激结肠癌细胞的分裂增殖,5-HT1受体介导了这种作用.然而,5-HT及其受体在肝癌细胞的定位尚未见报道.我们以大鼠肝癌细胞系FSK 7902作为研究对象,采用免疫细胞化学方法观察了5-HT及其受体的分布,为进一步研究5-HT在肝癌细胞中的意义提供形态学依据.
