(一) 最近,《焦点访谈》和《东方时空》先后报导了几件事情,均与邮电部门有关,而且性质也颇相近.非常值得人们深思。几件事情的大致情况如下。 一件事情发生在内蒙古的包头市。1993年11月10日,内蒙古第一机床厂职工郑长河接到邮电局的电话收费通知单,要他去缴长途电话费。郑因未使用长途通话,遂去邮电局查询。营业员告诉郑,“电脑计费,不会错,缴钱!”郑请其查对一下,营业员态度蛮横地说,“你神经病,到神经病医院去查。”郑无奈,遂将此情况反映
