以烤烟品种云烟85(P1)和烤烟品种大白筋599(P2)为双亲,构建了P1、P2、F1和F2四个世代群体,运用植物数量性状主基因+多基因混合遗传模型分离分析方法对该四个世代群体的烟叶易烤性进行了联合分析。结果表明,烤烟品种烟叶易烤性性状的遗传符合2对加性-显性-上位性主基因+加性-显性多基因混合遗传模型(E1),同时2对主基因间存在互作效应。主基因遗传率为64.09%,多基因遗传率为6.59%,在F2世代表现出较高的主基因遗传效应。
Four generations of P1, P2, F1 and F2 were constructed with the flue-cured tobacco variety Yunyan 85 (P1) and the flue-cured tobacco variety Baiyuanjin 599 (P2) as parents. The genetic analysis of the quantitative traits of major genes plus polygenes The four generations of the group of tobacco easy to conduct a joint analysis. The results showed that the inheritance of easy-roasted traits of flue-cured tobacco leaves accorded with two pairs of additive-dominance-epistatic genes + additive-dominance polygene mixed inheritance model (E1), and there existed an interaction effect between two major genes . The heritability of the major genes was 64.09%, and the polygene heritability was 6.59%. The major gene genetic effects were shown in F2 generations.
