企业生存发展环境的复杂多变,加剧了企业生态位发展演化风险,诱发了企业生态位衰退。预防和化解企业生态位衰退的根本途径是提高抗衰力。抗衰力是企业生态位自我整合能力、自我调试能力和自我发展能力的有效结合,在企业生态位发展演化过程中通常会表现为整合力、抵御力和发展力。企业生态位抗衰力的运行机理表现为逻辑起点、运行过程、管理方式和结果表现等方面。企业生态位抗衰力提升需要根据企业生态位发展的实际要求,不断改进策略。
The complex and ever-changing environment for the survival and development of enterprises has aggravated the risk of the development and evolution of the niche of enterprises, and has induced the recession of enterprises’ niche. The fundamental way to prevent and resolve the recession of enterprise niche is to improve anti-decay. Anti-decay is an effective combination of self-integration ability, self-debugging ability and self-development capability of the enterprise’s niche, which usually shows as integration, resilience and development in the development and evolution of the enterprise’s niche. The operating mechanism of the enterprise’s niche anti-decay performance is logical start, operation process, management mode and result performance. Enterprises need to enhance the anti-niche niche based on the actual needs of the development of niche, continuous improvement strategy.
