高职学生的情绪智力水平普遍偏低,高职学校在对人才的培养中应重视对学生情绪智力的培养。本文在分析情绪智力的内涵、作用,高职学生情绪智力存在的问题基础上,对高职学生情绪智力培养的途径进行了探索。
The level of emotion and intelligence of students in vocational colleges is generally low. Vocational colleges should attach importance to the cultivation of students’ emotional intelligence in the cultivation of talents. Based on the analysis of the connotation and function of emotional intelligence and the existing problems of emotional intelligence in higher vocational school, this paper probes into the ways of cultivating emotional intelligence for higher vocational students.
