实验以切断颈上节节前纤维为条件,用组织化学方法观察节后神经元内儿茶酚胺(CA)及乙酰胆硷酯酶(AChE)数量与分布的变化,探讨在体发育中及成熟后的交感神经元在失去传入神经支配后递质由CA向乙酰胆硷(ACh)转换的可能性。
