我们检测了18例子宫内膜异位症患者血清中的丙二醛(MDA)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量,旨在探讨其与子宫内膜异位症发病的关系。 资料与方法:18例子宫内膜异位症患者(包括子宫肌腺病,下称患者组)均经手术证实诊断;另选20例健康妇女做对照,两组年龄25~35岁。治疗前两组均抽取外周静脉血4ml,离心分离出血清,置-70℃低温冰箱保存,1个月内测定MDA和SOD。所得数据经统计学进行处理。
We examined the serum levels of malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in 18 patients with endometriosis, in order to explore its relationship with the pathogenesis of endometriosis. Materials and Methods: Eighteen patients with endometriosis (including adenomyosis of the uterus, hereinafter referred to as the patient group) were confirmed by operation. Another 20 healthy women were selected as controls, and both groups were 25-35 years old. Peripheral venous blood was drawn 4ml before treatment and serum was separated by centrifugation and stored in a low temperature refrigerator at -70 ℃. MDA and SOD were measured within 1 month. The data obtained are statistically processed.
