架空索道架设关键在于承载索张紧适当,挠度相宜。本着简便易行,采用牵引卷筒放卷索长简易测定法。索道初张后,即将承载索上支点固定,此时牵引索处于张紧状态,A B两点成一直线(即挠度f=0)。测定时,先在卷筒处牵引索做个标记,再把牵引索放松,使其与承载索成同一弧度,然后量出标记处到卷筒间的距离,这段距离就是要测定的放松度E(见图)。根据E查张紧度表(实践测定),得张紧距离H。例如:e=300米,β=15°,E=17.76米查表得H=7.0米,这个H值表明,张紧7.0米时,承载索在无荷重情况下的最大挠度。
