作为一名教师,我一直在思考:当前的教育教学在培养创新人才方面是否真的有效?是高效,还是低效?于是教育教学的有效性问题便被凸现出来,倍受关注,并且被赋予了新的内涵。现行的课堂教学现状在经过多年来教改洗礼之后,虽然有所改观,但仍然令人担忧。课堂上,空泛的教材,伴以冰冷的作业,几乎成为学生唯一的信息源,它们远离生活情境,缺乏情感,单调枯燥,在老师的强迫下单通道地传给学生。长期以来,教师教得无味,学生学得无趣;教师教得辛苦,学生学得痛苦。高耗低效,缺乏策略,成为教与学最突出的问题。
As a teacher, I've been thinking about whether the current education and teaching is really effective in cultivating innovative talents. Is it efficient or inefficient? The question of the effectiveness of education and teaching is therefore highlighted, attracted much attention and given New connotation. The current status quo of classroom teaching is still a cause for concern, though it has changed after many years of reform and education. Classroom, empty textbooks, with cold work, almost become the only source of information for students, they are far from the life situation, lack of emotion, monotonous, single-pass under the teacher's obedience to students. For a long time, teachers teach tasteless, students learn boring; teachers teach hard, students learn pain. High consumption inefficient, lack of strategy, teaching and learning become the most prominent issue.
