近来有报告小剂量阿糖胞苷(Ara-C)给予20mg/m~2/日可诱导细胞分化成熟。本文作者以此量治疗4例急非淋(ANLL)患者,疗程20天。结果:例1从开始到治疗第5天DNA含量>2N≤4N的细胞(DNA含量多少表示细胞成熟程度——译者注),从27.7%增至47.8%,分裂指数从8.8‰降到0.8‰,结果示完全缓解。例2 DNA含量<2N≤4N的细胞从开始24%降至第7天的19.7%,而分裂指数降到零,亦示完全缓解。例3 DNA含量>2N≤4N的细胞从开始到第2天由29%增至49.1%,第8天降到22.6%。分裂指数开始治疗时减少而从第6天起上升至3-6‰之间,本例未缓解。例4 DNA含量>2N≤4N的细胞从开始到第16天从6.3%增至36.6%。分裂指数从开始到第6天从6.9‰降至3‰,但从16天起回
Recently, it has been reported that low-dose cytarabine (Ara-C) administered at 20 mg/m 2 /day induces cell differentiation and maturation. The authors of this article treated 4 cases of acute non-lymphocin (ANLL) patients for 20 days. RESULTS: From the beginning to the fifth day of treatment, cells with DNA content >2N ≤ 4N (from the 27.7% to 47.8%), the mitotic index decreased from 8.8 to 0.8 Alas, the results show complete relief. Example 2 Cells with DNA content <2N≤4N decreased from 24% at the beginning to 19.7% at the 7th day, and the mitotic index dropped to zero, indicating complete remission. Example 3 Cells with DNA content >2N≤4N increased from 29% to 49.1% from the beginning to the second day, and decreased to 22.6% on the 8th day. The splitting index decreased when it began treatment and rose from the 6th day to between 3-6 ,. This case did not alleviate. Example 4 Cells with DNA content >2N≤4N increased from 6.3% to 36.6% from the beginning to the 16th day.
