结合汕头外砂河大桥工程项目,提出一种在封底混凝土结构和承台结构之间,设置钢-混组合过渡层结构的主墩大体积承台结构设计优化方法,实现承台混凝土一次浇注成型。通过对过渡层结构受力进行理论分析,明确新型承台结构受力机理,并在承台混凝土浇注过程中对封底结构和过渡层结构承重分担比例规律进行试验研究。研究表明:理论分析与试验结果吻合,验证了承台结构设计优化方法的可靠性和实用性,为类似工程承台结构优化设计提供理论参考和实践借鉴。
Combined with Shantou Waishahe Bridge Project, a design optimization method of large-sized platform structure of main pier with steel-concrete composite transitional layer structure between back cover concrete structure and platform cap structure is proposed. . Through the theoretical analysis of the force of the transitional layer structure, the stress mechanism of the new type of cap structure is clarified, and the law of load-sharing proportion of the back cover structure and the transitional layer structure in the process of cap pile concrete pouring is studied. The results show that the theoretical analysis is in good agreement with the experimental results, which proves the reliability and practicability of the design method for the structure design of the cap. It provides a theoretical reference and practical reference for the structural optimization of similar cap structures.
