The new issue of IEEE Journal on Selected Area in Communications, which will be published in early 1987, will cover: 1) High Level Modulation / Coding techniques such as 16QAM, 64QAM, 256QAM, 225QPRS and Higher level modulation techniques for digital or hybrid radio communications; 2) anti-multipath fading measures such as adaptive equalization and XPD cancellation schemes;
