建立连铸板坯的二维凝固传热数学模型,运用有限差分法求解并编制计算机程序。通过优化二冷配水制度来达到改善铸坯质量的要求。在确定目标表面温度时进行相应的铸坯高温力学性能实验,针对鞍钢生产过程中铸坯质量的实际问题设计了一种新的冷却水表。
The two-dimensional solidification and heat transfer mathematic model of continuous casting slab was established, and the finite difference method was used to solve and compile the computer program. By optimizing the second cooling water distribution system to improve the quality of slab requirements. In the process of determining the target surface temperature, a corresponding experiment of high temperature mechanical properties of slab was carried out. A new cooling water meter was designed according to the actual problems of slab quality in the production process of Ansteel.
