选用 2 0条新鲜离体家兔输精管 ,用高功率Nd :YAG激光机 ,将光纤插入输精管腔内 ,以 35~ 45W 6种不同功率 /时间凝堵试验。病理检查确定有效凝堵阈值为 40W/ 0 .5~ 1s。继而对 15 0只家兔进行输精管穿刺激光凝堵试验。功率 40W组术后 7~ 14d为脱落组织阻塞 ,30d炎性细胞增生 ,3月时管腔完全闭塞 ,呈 3mm小结节 ,病检为纤维组织增生 ,管周血管无病理损伤。作者认为用高功率Nd :YAG激光瞬间照射法 ,亦可用于输精管凝堵术 ,且具有效果确切 ,处理时间短等优点。
20 fresh rabbit vas deferens were selected, and the fibers were inserted into the vas deferens cavity with a high power Nd: YAG laser. Six different power / time clotting tests were performed at 35-45W. Pathological examination to determine the effective coagulation threshold 40W / 0 .5 ~ 1s. Then 15 rabbits were subjected to vasectomy laser coagulation test. The power of 40W group was 7 ~ 14d after operation, with occlusion of exfoliated tissue and inflammatory cell proliferation 30d after operation. The lumen was completely occluded in March and showed a small nodule of 3mm. The pathological examination showed fibrous tissue hyperplasia and no vascular pathological injury. The author believes that the high-power Nd: YAG laser instantaneous irradiation method can also be used for vasectomy coagulation surgery, and has the exact effect, the advantages of short treatment time.
