单核细胞白血病的分型现仍有困难和争议。多年来所分两型,即:起源于网状内皮系统的纯单或Sckilling氏单核细胞白血病(AMoL)和起源于骨髓的混合粒单细胞或Naegeli氏白血病(AMMoL)。作者将具有所有AMoL特点的1例病人与具有AMMoL特点的6例病人的单核细胞做了细胞形态学、细胞化学、超微结构、扫描电镜、免疫学和吞噬能力的研究比较。结果证实AMoL病人外周血单核细胞明显增生,外周血和骨髓中细胞核多有皱折,颗粒少。透射电镜下有单核细胞颗粒。光学和电镜下未见奥氏小体。扫描电镜下多数细胞有广基
The classification of monocytic leukemia is still difficult and controversial. Over the years divided into two types, namely: single or Sckilling’s monocytic leukemia (AMoL) originated in the reticuloendothelial system and mixed granulocytes derived from bone marrow or Naegeli’s leukemia (AMMoL). The authors compared monocyte types with cytomorphology, cytochemistry, ultrastructure, scanning electron microscopy, immunology and phagocytosis with one patient with all AMoL characteristics and six patients with AMMoL characteristics. The results confirmed that patients with AMoL peripheral blood mononuclear cells were significantly hyperplasia, peripheral blood and bone marrow nucleus more than fold, fewer particles. There are mononuclear cells under TEM. No optical and electron microscopic austenitic body. Most cells under scanning electron microscope have a broad base
