抗旱丰产沟耕作技术(以下简称丰产沟)是运用机械化作业、农机、农艺有机结合的一种先进农业工艺。是实现水土保持、蓄水保墒、改土聚肥、增产增收的重要措施。它能熟化土壤、改良土壤耕层结构,达到春墒夏贮秋保、堵截秋冬雨雪、减少地表径流的目的。
