In the past 10 years, greater progress has been made in pediatric pain management than in many other areas of medical practice. This is because people are more aware of the adverse effects on children’s physical and mental health when pain can not be alleviated, understanding of the regimen used to treat pain and its advantages and dangers, and knowledge of the clinical pharmacology of pediatric anesthetics increase. There are currently conditions to be met by more trained and experienced specialist pediatric staff to deal with children
