目的研究依达拉奉治疗脑出血时对丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的影响。方法选择2006年1月至2007年9月保定市第二医院神经内科住院的100例患者,随机分为依达拉奉组52例和对照组48例,两组均予以常规治疗为基础,依达拉奉组再予以生理盐水150 mL+依达拉奉30 mg,每日2次静脉滴注,共10d,后改为每日1次静脉滴注,7 d 后停用。在治疗前及治疗后第4,7,14,21,28天采静脉血测定 MDA、SOD 浓度,进行治疗疗效评价。结果与治疗前比较,依达拉奉组治疗后第4,7,14,21,28天,MDA 较治疗前降低,P<0.01,与对照组比较,P<0.01;SOD 较治疗前升高,P<0.01,与对照组比较,P<0.01。在第28天时,两者处于稳定状态。结论依达拉奉降低脑出血患者的 MDA,升高 SOD,清除自由基,保护脑细胞,降低脑出血致残率。
Objective To study the effect of edaravone on malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 100 hospitalized patients in Department of Neurology, Second Hospital of Baoding from January 2006 to September 2007 were randomly divided into edaravone group (n = 52) and control group (n = 48). Both groups were given routine treatment as the basis, In the Dalafon group, 150 mL normal saline and edaravone 30 mg were given intravenously twice a day for 10 days, then changed to intravenous infusion once a day, and then stopped after 7 days. Venous blood was collected before treatment and on the 4th, 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th day after treatment to determine the concentration of MDA and SOD, and the curative effect was evaluated. Results Compared with those before treatment, the MDA content in edaravone group decreased on the 4th, 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th day after treatment (P <0.01), P <0.01 compared with the control group , P <0.01, compared with the control group, P <0.01. On the 28th day, both are in a steady state. Conclusion Edaravone can reduce the level of MDA, increase the level of SOD, scavenge free radicals, protect brain cells and reduce the rate of cerebral hemorrhage.
