冷冻封闭裂孔治疗视网膜脱离由于其方法简便、效果确实、适应症广、并发症较少因而近十余年来在临床上受到广泛重视和应用。本文分析我科近一年来用二氧化碳干冰冷冻治疗原发性视网膜脱离78例79眼,有裂孔而无视网膜脱离的2例2眼,共80例81眼的临床资料,现报告如下: 一般临床资料本组病例包括近一年我科用冷冻治疗的连续病案共80例81眼。其中男性62例,女性18例。右眼41例,左眼38例,双眼1例。年龄最小11岁,最大62岁。病程最短5天,最长3年余,其中1月以内者42例,1～3月者22例,4～6月者5例,6月以上者11例。1例为外伤后无晶体眼,1例合并先天性视网膜色素变性。轻度近视眼3眼,中度近视眼22眼,高度近视48眼,正视4眼,远视1眼,有3眼屈光状态记录不祥。

One case had aphakia after trauma and one case had congenital retinitis pigmentosa. 3 eyes of mild myopia, 22 eyes of moderate myopia, 48 eyes of high myopia, 4 eyes of face, 1 hyperopia, and 3 eyes of ominous refractive state.
