技术创新的作用日益重要,非竞争性与非排他性使其具有明显的外溢效应。依存于不同的内在机理及载体,创新外溢表现为企业、产业、区域及国际溢出四大空间尺度。利用人均专利申请量的空间自相关模型对创新空间溢出效应的检验显示,全国及典型省份的技术创新存在明显的全局空间自相关特征,说明省级区域内部企业间、产业间创新溢出效应显著;创新能力较强省份与其周边省份的局部空间自相关系数较高,验证了省级区域间创新溢出的客观存在。结论对于区域创新能力提升及社会经济发展具有启示意义。
The role of technological innovation is increasingly important, non-competitive and non-exclusive so that it has a significant spillover effect. Depending on different internal mechanisms and carriers, innovation spillovers are characterized by four spatial scales of enterprise, industry, regional and international spillovers. The test of spillover effect of innovation using the spatial autocorrelation model of per capita patent application shows that there are obvious characteristics of global spatial autocorrelation in technology innovation in China and typical provinces, which indicates that innovation spillover effect among enterprises and industries in provincial regions is remarkable. The higher spatial autocorrelation coefficient of provinces with stronger innovation ability and their neighboring provinces validates the objective existence of innovation spillover between provinces. The conclusion is of enlightenment to the improvement of regional innovation ability and social economic development.
