广西两年制农村小学全科教师的培养面临着培训时间短、任务重,学生水平参差不齐、偏科现象严重等问题。要解决这些问题可以从以下几个方面入手:第一,加强从教信念教育,让师范生树立扎根农村的思想;第二,优化培养方案,补齐学生的学科短板,如注重培养师范生从事小学教育教学所需的学科基础知识,采用分类培训的方式,重视教育教学实践;第三,调整招生制度,吸引更多优质教师。
The training of Guangxi two-year rural primary school general teachers faces the problems of short training time, heavy tasks, uneven student level and serious partial subjects.
