用幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染Wistar大鼠复制胃炎模型并进行疗效研究。用HpS67、S73混合菌株1012菌落形成单位/L菌液每鼠每周2nl×4周,ig.未次感染1周后开始药物治疗1次/d×10d,5周后处死检查:①病理学:生理盐水组胃粘膜服体破坏,间质炎症细胞浸润、水肿,大量Hp;甲硝唑+法莫替丁组胃粘膜腺体正常,线层有少量炎症细胞,未见Hp。②细菌学:镜检、尿素酶、培养阳性数:生理盐水组分别为6/7、7/7、7/7;甲硝唑+法莫替丁组分别为0/7、3/7、0/7。说明,Wistar幼年大鼠可复制Hp感染胃炎模型;药物治疗1d量1次性ig疗效明显;联合用药疗效优于单药疗效。
Infection of Wistar rats with Helicobacter pylori (Hp) to replicate the gastritis model and study its curative effect. With HpS67, S73 mixed strains of 1012 colony forming units / L bacteria per mouse 2nl x 4 weeks, ig. 1 week after infection, the drug treatment was started once / d for 10 days and sacrificed after 5 weeks. ① Pathology: Gastric mucosal tissue destruction, interstitial inflammatory cell infiltration, edema, massive Hp, metronidazole + Famotidine group gastric mucosal glands normal line a small amount of inflammatory cells, no Hp. ② bacteriology: microscopic examination, urease, culture positive number: saline group were 6/7, 7/7, 7/7; metronidazole + famotidine group were 0 / 7,3 / 7, 0/7. It shows that Wistar infant rats can replicate Hp infection model of gastritis; the effect of 1d dose of ig on drug is obvious; and the combination therapy is superior to monotherapy.
