现在越来越多的高职院校聘请专职外籍教师,担任教学任务,以期引入国外先进的教学理念、教学方法,提高教学质量,最终提高学院综合水平。然而由于各种综合因素,外教在国内的生活、工作当中,出现了或多或少的问题。这些问题直接或间接地影响到了外籍教师的工作质量。本文从跨文化的角度,对这些问题的产生根源加以分析和研究,并提出问题解决的策略和途径,以最大程度地减少跨文化冲突,缩短外教在国内的适应期,提高外籍教师的工作效率,实现聘请外教的效益最大化,并促进文化融合。
Now more and more higher vocational colleges employ full-time foreign teachers as teaching tasks, with a view to introducing advanced foreign teaching concepts and teaching methods, improving teaching quality and finally improving the overall level of the college.
