随着社会的发展和科学技术的更新换代,社会对高素质人才的需求也越来越旺盛。高校是培养高素质人才的主要阵地,而音乐教育是培养高素质人才的重要渠道。在高校中,音乐教育在大学生素质教育中发挥着独特的作用,它不仅仅能提高大学生的审美水平和人文修养,还能够促进大学生的全面发展。但是,目前,高校的音乐教师却陷入了业务能力的困境,这在很大程度上影响了教学效果。本文从音乐教学能力、科研创新能力、教学创新能力等方面分析高校音乐教师的业务能力困境,并提出相关的解决建议,以供参考。
With the development of society and the upgrading of science and technology, the demand for high-quality personnel in the society is also getting stronger and stronger. Colleges and universities are the main positions for cultivating high-quality talents, and music education is an important channel for training qualified personnel. In colleges and universities, music education plays a unique role in the quality education of college students. It can not only improve college students’ aesthetic level and humanistic accomplishment, but also promote the all-round development of college students. However, at present, music teachers in colleges and universities have fallen into the plight of operational capabilities, which has greatly affected the teaching effectiveness. This article analyzes the difficulties of the professional ability of music teachers in colleges and universities from the aspects of music teaching ability, scientific research innovation ability and teaching innovation ability, and puts forward some suggestions to solve these problems for reference.
