目的：介绍数字电影冠状动脉造影临床应用的经验。材料和方法：分析１９６例数字电影冠状动脉造影检查图像，其中５例为ＰＴＣＡ术，１６例为ＰＴＣＡ＋支架植入术。结果：数字电影技术操作简便，图像质量高，可清晰地显示冠状各级分支、侧支血管及钙化等。结论：数字电影在冠状动脉造影及介入治疗方面具有较高的应用价值。
Objective: To introduce the clinical experience of digital cinema coronary angiography. Materials and Methods: 196 cases of digital cine coronary angiography were analyzed. Among them, 5 cases were PTCA and 16 cases were PTCA + stenting. Results: Digital cinema technology is easy to operate and has high image quality. It can clearly show branches of coronary coronaries, collateral vessels and calcifications. Conclusion: Digital cinema has high value in coronary angiography and interventional therapy.
