改革开放以来,特别是1982年《商标法》贯彻实施以来,我国的商品经济取得了令世人刮目相看的成绩.商标权这一无形财产权作为工业产权的一种,已开始为越来越多的企业所感知和认识,商标作为商品的标记已给不少企业带来信誉和经济效益.但是,我国商品经济还不发达,传统的产品经济模式仍影响着企业,加之人们的商标知识缺乏,商标法制观念淡薄,企业商标工作还存在许多问题.
Since the reform and opening up, especially since the implementation of the “Trademark Law” in 1982, China’s commodity economy has achieved remarkable results. The intangible property right as a trademark of the industrial property right has started to become more and more companies. Perceived and recognized that trademarks as trademarks of goods have brought credibility and economic benefits to many companies. However, China’s commodity economy is still underdeveloped. The traditional product economic model still affects companies, coupled with the lack of people’s knowledge of trademarks, and trademark law. The concept is weak, there are still many problems in the corporate trademark work.
