在上海城市功能重新定位和经济结构调整的过程中,上海残疾人的集中安置面临着新的压力和挑战。不少残疾人在编不在岗,无法实现真正的就业。面对新形势的挑战,奉贤区通过实施调整产业结构、专营专产等政策,帮助福利企业实现了稳定发展,保障了残疾人集中就业。2010年1至5月份,奉贤区福利企业累计实现销售收入14.1亿元,比上年同期增加113.26%,残疾人职工社会保险投保率和劳动合同签订率均达到100%。
In the process of reorientation of Shanghai’s urban functions and economic restructuring, Shanghai’s centralized resettlement of handicapped people is facing new pressures and challenges. Many disabled people are not on duty and can not achieve real employment. Faced with the challenges of the new situation, Fengxian District helped stabilize welfare enterprises and guarantee the employment of persons with disabilities by implementing policies of adjusting industrial structure and specializing in specialty products. From January to May 2010, welfare enterprises in Fengxian District achieved a total sales revenue of 1.41 billion yuan, an increase of 113.26% over the same period of last year. The social insurance coverage rate of workers for disabled employees and the labor contract signed rate reached 100%.
