1 引言 利用电位溶出分析法测定锗的方法,至今尚未见报道,本文在阳极溶出伏安法的启发下进行了试探,结果发现,在pH10.5左右的硼砂缓冲溶液中,在溶解氧的存在下,于-0.98V和-0.35V(相对SCE)左右出现两个溶出峰,因溶解氧对两个峰的氧化能力不同,使两峰的灵敏度不同:P_15~140ng/ml及P_20.5~120ng/ml的范围内有良好的线性关系,可检出0.1ng/ml的锗。本文采用此法成功地直接测定了尿中锗,方法不用除氧,简单快速准确,其回收率在95%~106%。
