将肥田萝卜分别置于全磷、低磷、无磷的营养液中生长10d后,收集根洗液并加入已培养60d的酸性土壤样品中浸提。测定结果表明,不论土壤中是否加入磷矿粉,低磷营养液中培养的肥田萝卜的根洗液(含根分泌物)浸提的土壤有效磷含量都最高,高于用无磷及全磷根洗液浸提的,也高于用去离子水浸提的。土壤加入磷矿粉培养后可以大量增加土壤有效磷的浸提量,其中用低磷根洗液浸提的土壤有效磷的含量增加最明显。用低磷根洗液浸提的酸性土壤有效铁含量也最高。
