采用氯化铵焙烧法处理攀西稀土矿脱锰矿泥 ,通过正交试验设计 ,对焙烧反应温度、反应时间、氯化铵用量进行了优化 ;确定了最佳焙烧条件为 :反应温度 40 0℃ ,氯化铵用量NH4 Cl/脱锰矿泥 =0 30 ,反应时间为 6 0min ;其稀土浸取率达到 83 2 9% ;中间实验得到稀土浸出率为 80 %。进一步采用N2 3 5对该稀土浸出液萃取净化除铁、P50 7萃取提取稀土后 ,最后得到了稀土相对纯度为 96 3 %的混合稀土氯化物
