由国际真空科学,技术和应用联合会和美国真空学会主办和组织的第十届国际真空会议、第六届国际固体表而会议与第33届美国真空年会于1986年10月27日—31日在美国马里兰卅巴尔的摩市联合召开。真空技术方面的论文约150篇,会上只印发了论文摘要。全文将刊载在美国“真空科学与技术杂志”1987年的专刊上,至今仍没收到,所以本文只能分以下几个方面重点加以介绍。1.真空测量真空测量方面的论文约40篇,其中有关磁悬浮转子摩擦规(SR—G)的论文就有11篇,由此可见国际真空测量界对此规的重视。SR—G是一种分子阻尼型真空规,近年来由于微机的应用,使其实用化和产品化。它具有高精度,高稳定性,与被测气体种类无关和对被测气体无干扰等显著优点,特别适用于高
The Tenth International Vacuum Conference, hosted and organized by the International Association of Vacuum Science, Technology and Applications and the American Society for Vacuum, The Sixth International Solid Surface Conference and the 33rd Annual American Vacuum Conference, October 27, 1986 - 31 Day held in Baltimore, Maryland, United States. There are about 150 papers on vacuum technology, and only the abstracts of papers are printed. The full text will be published in the 1987 issue of the Journal of Vacuum Science and Technology in the United States and has not yet been received. Therefore, this article can only be described in the following points. 1. Vacuum measurement Vacuum measurement of about 40 papers, of which there are 11 papers on the magnetic suspension rotor friction rules (SR-G), we can see the international vacuum measurement community to this regulation attention. SR-G is a molecular damping type vacuum gauge, in recent years due to the application of microcomputer, make it practical and product.
