目的:考察壳聚糖(CS)对阿昔洛韦(ACV)滴眼液(ACV-CS)离体角膜渗透促进作用,为研制新型ACV滴眼液奠定基础。方法:以CS为增黏剂及吸收促进剂,制备ACV-CS滴眼液;以不加CS的ACV滴眼液为时照,采用Franz扩散池法考察CS对ACV滴眼液离体角膜渗透促进作用。结果:与不加ACV滴眼液相比,ACV-CS滴眼液的黏性显著增加;给药20 min后,ACV-CS滴眼液对离体角膜的累积渗透药量明显大于不加CS的ACV滴眼液(P<0.05)。结论:CS对ACV滴眼液离体角膜渗透具有明显的促进作用,值得进一步研究。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of chitosan (CS) on corneal permeability of ACV-CS in vitro and lay the foundation for the development of new ACV eye drops. Methods: ACV-CS eye drops were prepared with CS as thickener and absorption enhancer. With ACV eye drops without CS as the control, the in vitro corneal infiltration of CS with ACV eye drops was investigated by Franz diffusion cell method enhancement. Results: The viscosity of ACV-CS eye drops was significantly higher than that of ACV-CS eye drops. After 20 minutes of administration, the cumulative infiltration of ACV-CS eye drops into the cornea was significantly higher than that without ACV Of ACV eye drops (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: CS can promote the in vitro corneal infiltration of ACV eye drops, which deserves further study.
