本文考察了25支经过20~293K热循环的中国锗电阻温度计的稳定性,以及1~28K的测温性能。虽然锗电阻温度计的不稳定行为往往是不明显的,但在20K时仍显示出4~17mΩ(相当于温度1~10mK)的不稳定性。在20K时,大体上具有3mK的稳定性。温度计经实际工作之后,在4.2K会出现相当于几mK更大的电阻变化。这些温度计在1~28K的温度-电阻值关系中未显示出异常特征,且锗电阻温度计常用的内插法也适用于这批中国温度计。文中给出了这批温度计的自热特性数据。
This article examines the stability of 25 germanium resistance thermometers after 20 ~ 293K thermal cycling, and the temperature measurement performance of 1 ~ 28K. Although the unstable behavior of germanium resistance thermometers is often not obvious, they still show instabilities of 4 to 17 mΩ (equivalent to temperatures of 1 to 10 mK) at 20K. At 20K, there is a general stability of 3mK. After the actual work of the thermometer, 4.2K will appear equivalent to a few mK greater resistance changes. These thermometers show no abnormalities in the temperature-resistance relationship of 1 to 28K, and the interpolation method commonly used for germanium resistance thermometers is also suitable for these Chinese thermometers. The paper gives the self-heating characteristics of the thermometer data.
