自主学习对于激发学生学习动机、挖掘学习潜能、培养创新精神和实践能力等都具有重要意义。以现代教育思想和教育理论为指导,突出教师的指导作用学生的主体地位,通过对高职学生自主学习能力现状的分析,深入研究产业转型背景下自主探究性学习能力的培养手段。借助于客观学习活动中的老师作用和学生角色的研究、教学资源库的建设和合理利用、自主学习效果的分析比较,切实提高职业学校学生自主学习的能力。
Autonomous learning is of great significance to stimulate students’ motivation to learn, to explore their learning potential, to cultivate their innovative spirit and practical ability. Guided by modern educational thoughts and educational theories, the teacher’s guidance is given to the dominant position of students. Through the analysis of the current situation of self-learning ability of higher vocational students, the author studies the cultivation methods of autonomous inquiry-based learning in the context of industrial restructuring. By means of the objective role of teachers in learning activities and the role of students, the construction of teaching resources and rational use of independent learning results of the analysis and comparison, and effectively improve the vocational school students’ ability to learn independently.
