目的:探讨可摘局部义齿支托的设计方法,为进一步开发可摘局部义齿专用设计软件探索路线。方法:应用层析扫描仪扫描牙列缺损石膏模型获得三维点云数据。以三维设计软件唐龙系统为平台,用C++语言开发支托设计模块。提取基牙点云数据,首先以投影法确定支托组织面轮廓线,然后分别构建组织面及抛光面,形成由两张曲面相互拼合成的一个封闭实体。结果:应用新开发的支托设计模块设计支托操作简单,形成的支托表面光顺平滑,外形凸度与牙体表面一致,可达到临床要求。结论:以唐龙系统为平台开发的支托设计模块设计自动程度比通用软件大幅提高,设计者不需要掌握专门的计算机知识,适合口腔医生使用。支托建模技术路线具有一定普遍性,对最终完成可摘局部义齿专用设计软件的开发具有重要意义。
Objective: To explore the design method of the removable partial dentures, and to explore the route for further development of special design software of removable partial dentures.
