本文通过解扩散方式求出渗碳过程中钢件表面含碳量及渗层中的碳浓度分布后算出渗层深度及钢件表面吸碳量。计算结果表明,渗层深度及钢件表面吸碳率与渗碳时间呈对数直线,该直线的斜率与截距与渗碳气氛、碳势及渗碳温度等因素有关。本文所得规律对指导制定渗碳工艺参数有重要意义。
In this paper, the carbon content of steel surface during carburizing and the distribution of carbon concentration in the infiltrated layer were obtained by means of solution diffusion. The depth of the infiltrated layer and the carbon content on the surface of the steel were calculated. The calculated results show that the depth of infiltration layer and the carbon absorption rate on the steel surface are logarithmically linear with the carburizing time. The slope and intercept of the straight line are related to the carburizing atmosphere, carbon potential and carburizing temperature. The law obtained in this article is of great significance to guide the development of carburizing process parameters.
