快速上铸的发展对钢锭模和铸铁底盘提出了新的要求。为了解决底盘被部分粘掉造成损坏问题,已有不少方法。有些已经在工业上付诸使用,如采用放热修补料修补底盘;在底盘上镶嵌耐火砖块,在底盘表面涂刷耐火涂层等。我国的快速上铸工艺还处于开始发展阶段。武汉钢铁公司一米七工程硅钢上铸工艺要求采用底盘砖。为此,我们对上铸用底盘砖进行了研究试制和使用试验。 1. 研制 1·1 选材根据上铸底盘砖的使用条件进行
