氨甲苯酸(Acidum Aminomethylbenzoicum)是临床上常用的止血药。因治疗需要,经常与其它药物配伍使用。氨甲苯酸在水中溶解度小,因分子结构中含氨基和羧基,为两性化合物,在酸或碱水中均可成盐而溶解。文献报道注射液pH值以3.8~4.2为宜。临床静脉滴注过程中,往往因和其它药物配伍使用,引起输液pH值改变,致使药物沉淀,或发生药物相互作用而分解失效。因此有必要结合临床对氨甲苯酸与呋喃苯胺酸等
Acidum Aminomethylbenzoicum is a clinically used hemostatic agent. Due to treatment needs, often with other drugs compatibility.
