患女,22岁。因发作性意识丧失伴肢体抽搐半年就医。患者结婚半年来,常无明显原因地突然出现意识丧失伴四肢抽搐发作,有时尚有尖叫和尿失禁。历时1～3分钟抽搐可自行停止。过后不能回忆。半年来共发作5次,曾服苯妥英钠(0.1g,每日三次)疗效欠佳,病人儿童期有过高烧惊厥,婚后一直服复方甲基炔诺酮避孕。余无可记。查体:T36℃,P80次/分,R20次/分,BP13.3/8.0KPa。发育营养可,神清,神经系统无异常发现。辅助检查:血常规、血生化、脑脊液和颅脑 CT 均无异常,脑电图见有阵发性短程30～50μV、4～7C/SQ波。根据脑史与检查拟诊避孕药诱发癫痫,
