一个教师没有合理有效的教学,就不可能保证持续的教学效果和质量。学生有无进步或发展,是教学有无效益的唯一标准。有效教学是教师通过自己的教学之后,学生获得的具体进步或发展。
A teacher without reasonable and effective teaching, it is impossible to ensure sustained teaching effectiveness and quality. Whether there is progress or development of students is the only criterion for the effectiveness of teaching. Effective teaching is the specific progress or development that students acquire after their own teaching.
