最近,我们对盘龙区属小学的体育教学情况作了调查,发现不少学校的体育课从教学内容到形式、方法,都存在着忽视小学生生理特点和年龄实际的成人化倾向。一节二年级“四十米直线跑”的体育课,竞让学生往返奔跑达十一次之多,学生汗流满面,疲劳怨跑。这样,不仅不能达到教学目的,反而还会影响教学效果,使学生丧失对体育课的兴趣,甚至损害学生的健康。
Recently, we conducted a survey on the situation of physical education in primary schools in Panlong District. We found that many physical education courses in schools overlook the physiological characteristics of primary school students and the actual adult-oriented tendency from the teaching content to the forms and methods. A second-grade “40-meter straight run” physical education class, running students to run up to eleven trips back and forth, students sweat, tired and run away. In this way, not only can not achieve the purpose of teaching, but also affect the teaching effect, so that students lose interest in physical education classes, and even damage the health of students.
