目的探讨急性白血病患者血脂及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)变化的临床意义。方法用酶学法动态检测88例急性白血病患者化疗前、完全缓解期空腹晨血血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白A1(APOA1)、载脂蛋白B(APOB)、甘油三酯(TG)以及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)。结果化疗前TC、LDL-C、HDL-C、APOA1、APOB比对照组和完全缓解组明显降低(P<0.05),而LDH和TG均明显升高(P<0.05)。完全缓解组与对照组比较7项指标均无显著性差异(P<0.05),其复发时则再次出现上述改变。急性淋巴细胞白血病与急性非淋巴细胞白血病血脂及乳酸脱氢酶水平无差异。结论动态检测急性白血病患者的血脂和LDH水平有助于判断其疗效和预后。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum lipids and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in patients with acute leukemia. Methods The levels of serum total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) in 88 patients with acute leukemia before and after complete remission were measured by enzyme- Apolipoprotein A1 (APOA1), Apolipoprotein B (APOB), Triglyceride (TG), and Lactate Dehydrogenase (LDH). Results The levels of TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, APOA1 and APOB were significantly lower than those of control and complete remission group (P <0.05), while the levels of LDH and TG were significantly increased (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the 7 indexes between the complete remission group and the control group (P <0.05), and the recurrence occurred again. Acute lymphoblastic leukemia and acute non-lymphocytic leukemia and lactate dehydrogenase levels no difference. Conclusion The dynamic detection of serum lipids and LDH levels in patients with acute leukemia helps to determine the efficacy and prognosis.
