众所周知,金属材料的某些性能直接由材料的晶粒尺寸及其分布状态所决定,尽管在加工处理过程中会引起新的或完全不同的晶粒分布,但是原始的铸态组织仍具有很大作用。这是因为,首先金属材料的原始状态会影响其固态的加工性,其次由于成分复杂,实际上宏观偏析和微观偏析总是严重地存在,并且在以后的加工过程中很难消除。因此,轧制、挤压和锻造等用的各种铝合金铸锭,控制其结晶组织,使结晶组织微细化,对铝材生产的最优化具有普遍的重要意义。
It is well-known that some properties of metallic materials are directly determined by the grain size of the material and its distribution. Although new or completely different grain distributions are induced during processing, the original as-cast structure still has a large effect. This is because, firstly, the original state of the metal material affects its solid state workability, and secondly, due to its complicated composition, macrosegregation and microsegregation are, in fact, always serious and difficult to eliminate in the subsequent processing. Therefore, various aluminum alloy ingots used for rolling, extruding and forging, etc. control the crystal structure thereof and make the crystal structure finer, which is of universal significance for the optimization of aluminum production.
