近几年来,我院检验科在门诊小便常规检验中,多次发现泌尿系统的恶性肿瘤细胞,为恶性肿瘤的诊治提供了依据。本文50例恶性肿瘤患者中,膀胱癌46例,肾盂癌3例,前列腺癌1例。其中:男性患者47例,女性患者3例。年龄最大者81岁,最小29岁,平均年龄男女分别为60岁和59岁。本组病例中,12例年老不适宜或者不愿意进行手术治疗,7例赴外地治疗,1例遗漏而未及追回医治,其余的30例,均在本院及时施行了手术。
In recent years, the Department of Clinical Laboratory of our hospital has repeatedly found malignant tumor cells of the urinary system in the routine examination of outpatient urine, which provides a basis for the diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors. Of the 50 patients with malignant tumors, 46 were bladder cancer, 3 were renal pelvis cancer, and 1 was prostate cancer. Among them: 47 male patients and 3 female patients. The oldest were 81 years old and the youngest were 29 years old. The average age of men and women was 60 years and 59 years respectively. Of the patients in this group, 12 were elderly or unwilling to undergo surgical treatment, 7 were treated in the field, 1 was missing but not recovered, and the remaining 30 patients had undergone surgery in this hospital in a timely manner.
