毛主席指示我们:“一个军事学校,最重要的问题,是选择校长教员和规定教育方针。”《毛泽东选集》第一卷,第170页)这里,说的虽是军事学校,但对一切学校,都有普通的指导意义。的确,要办好一个学校,必须在党的领导下,依靠全体教师认真地全面地贯彻执行党的方针政策。如何依靠教师,办好学校呢?根据自己几年来的实践体会,觉得应该从这样几个方面入手。第一,坚持有事同教师商量的群众路线工作作风。学校工作是以教学为主,在教学中起主导作用的是教师,教学的各个环节,都要在教师的指导下进行。因此,我们在制订工作计划,建立制度,改进教学,处理生产和生活等重大问题时,都采取领导与群 Chairman Mao instructed us: “A military school, the most important issue is to select the principal’s teachers and set educational guidelines.” “Selected Works of Mao Zedong,” vol.
