根据氧离子陷阱势垒模型,采用CFSO-BEBO计算法计算和分析了若干过渡金属在CO气体中的表面吸附和反应活化能,对把过渡金属作为催化剂使用以提高传感器的选择性进行了探讨,得出了有意义的结论
According to the trap model of oxygen ion trap, the surface adsorption and reaction activation energy of some transition metals in CO gas were calculated and analyzed by CFSO-BEBO method.
