随着社会文明的不断进步和改革开放的可持续发展,人本思想越来越得到重视,现已成为开展一切工作的主要理念。在高等院校组织工作中,要坚持以人为本的思想,全面掌握师生的生活、学习情况,尊重他们的个性特征,为他们实施全方位的服务。各项政策的制定与措施的实施都要紧紧围绕师生展开,使其积极性、主动性与创造性能够得到充分的发挥,从而达到教师和学生的综合素质得以全面提升之目的。
With the continuous progress of social civilization and the sustainable development of reform and opening up, people-centered thinking has gained more and more attention. Now it has become the main concept of carrying out all work. In the organizational work of institutions of higher education, we must adhere to the people-oriented thinking, fully grasp the lives of teachers and students, study the situation, respect their personality traits, and implement a full range of services for them. The formulation of policies and the implementation of measures should focus on the teachers and students to start, so that their enthusiasm, initiative and creativity can be fully played to achieve the overall quality of teachers and students to fully enhance the purpose.
