经大修扩容后的梅山冶金公司炼铁厂1号高炉(第三代)于1997年10月8日顺利点火投产。该高炉炉容由原1080m~3扩大到1250m~3,并采用了部分经济实用的新设备和新工艺。主要有:1)增设炉顶十字测温;2)改原碳砖加高铝砖的综合炉底系陶瓷杯(法国)与碳砖(日本)相结合的炉底;3)热风炉用悬链式炉顶,并设有空气、煤气双预热;4)炉顶采用串罐式无钟炉顶;5)炉前设备用热压泥炮和DDS型开口机;6)渣处理用底滤式冲渣系统,冲渣水循环使用等。 1号高炉设计的主要技术经济指标为: 有效容积:1250m~3 系数:1.9~2.0t/m~3.d 冶炼强度:1.02t/m~3.d
After the overhaul and expansion of Meishan Metallurgical Company ironworks blast furnace No. 1 (third generation) on October 8, 1997 successfully put into operation. The blast furnace capacity expanded from the original 1080m ~ 3 to 1250m ~ 3, and the use of some economical and practical new equipment and new technology.
